Company METALTON SP.J. has been founded in year 2000 on site of former company EDA S.A.
Our 44 employers are highly skilled and qualified crew, with knowledge obtained in EDA S.A. and its' daughter companies. METALTON SP.J. has modern and flexible machine park and design shop based on well known CAD&CAM software

 

History

1999/2000 - Foundation of company. Organization of the infrastructure and machine park
Acquiring the first domestic and foreign clients

2001-2002 - The development of machine park - purchase of measuring device TESA.
Implementation of new CAD/CAM software
Acquiring automotive and home electronics industry clients
Foundation of die casting foundry and galvanization dept

2003-2004 - Further development of machine park. Purchase of EDM CNC machines.
Further development on IT

2005 - Implementation of new CNC workcenters.
Purchase of swedish company HABO Sp. z o.o. and change its' name to BRASS Polska Sp. z o.o.

2006-2007 - Purchase of next CNC machines - workcenters and EDM.
Development on IT network

2008 - Purchase of 20.000 building for needs both METALTON SP.J. and BRASS Polska Sp. z o.o.
Implementation of CAD/CAM Unigraphics (NX) software

2009 - Certification ISO 9001:2008

2010 - Purchase of 3D measuring system Carl Zeiss Contura G2, CNC sink EDM, and 5 axis CNC workcenter
